Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Koo Goal Shop. We are committed to providing you with high-quality football jerseys, and we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. To facilitate a pleasant shopping experience, we have established the following return and exchange policy.

Return Policy:

• You may initiate a return within 90 days from the date of receiving the product.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused, and in resalable condition.
• Refunds will be processed, excluding shipping fees and handling charges.

Important Notes:

• Koo Goal Shop is not responsible for any loss of returned items during the shipping process. We recommend using a shipping method with proof of delivery or a tracking number.
• Currently, we do not provide return labels for international shipments; customers are responsible for the return shipment and associated costs.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service at customer@koogoal.com, providing your order number and reason for return.
2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions.
3. Ship the item along with the return authorization to the specified address.
4. Upon receiving the return, we will process the refund within 2 to 7 business days. You will receive a notification of the completed refund via email.

Exchange Policy:

• Currently, we do not offer exchange or price matching services.
• If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the steps outlined in the return policy and place a new order for the desired product after completing the return.
